Abstract
PURPOSE: To make easier the control of balance by eliminating a part of balance ring by laser irradiation by providing rotatably a rotor with balance ring on the circumference of the opening portion of coil cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: The inner space of the yoke 5 having the laser irradiation hole 5a on its bottom is provided rotatably with the rotor 1A having the commutator holder plate 2 at the one opening of the coil cylinder 1 and also having the balance ring 4 at the edge of another opening. The coreless motor is mounted on the balance measuring device 13 and a part of the balance ring 4 is removed by laser coming from the laser irradiation hole 5a in order to balance weight with respect to the rotation center of rotor A. Thus, the rotor A as motor built in the space of the yoke 5 easily makes balance regulation and reduces vibration, noise, and mechanical loss.
