Abstract

The board units are arranged in the mold which comprises the lower side mold 13 and middle mold 12, the fibrous material 9 is inserted between the coil phases and those are covered with fubrous material 10 of desired thickness. After this, thermosetting resin is put into the mild at reduced pressure to mold polyphase coil part, coil gap part and covering part in one body.
