Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the power gain of a corresponding transistor and also to improve characteristics of a noise index, an overload, etc., by inserting a transformer between an emitter to which a current is fed back and a feedback circuit. CONSTITUTION:Impedance transformer 5 and high-frequency bypass circuit 6 are both added. An input-1 signal is applied to transistor (Tr)3 at the 1st stage by way of input hybrid transformer T1 and, after a difference component with a feedback signal supplied from the feedback circuit 4 side, then transferred to common-collector Tr at the middle stage. To improve the power gain of Tr3 at this time, it is the most effective to make smaller the grounded-emitter current feed back with the emitter-earth impedance made small and for the purpose, transformer 5 is inserted to decrease extremely the emitter-earth impedance including circuit 4, thereby attaining the purpose. As the impedance becomes smaller, the dispersion of the input signal lessens there, so that the deterioration of the noise index can be suppressed to an extremely-small value.
