Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the subject machine wherein the picture pattern of a bottom shaped on a bottom material and that of a cover material are not only coincident with each other but also both can be sealed at an optimum position and the product can be punched at the optimum position.
CONSTITUTION: A heating device A heats a bottom material 2 made of a thermoplastic resin intermittently carried. a shaping device B shapes a bottom in a continuous state by the above described heated bottom material 2. A filling device C fills the bottom with a material to be filled. A sealing device D covers on the bottom a cover material 4 on which a picture pattern corresponding to the bottom carried intermittently together with the bottom material 2 and read-out marks at each pitch of the intermittent transfer have been printed, and the material to be filled is tightly sealed. A conveyor E conveys the bottom material 2 and the cover material 4 intermittently. In a shaping, filling and packing machine M constructed as described above, a distance equal to the distance LB between the center O" of the device B and the center O of the device D is set from the center O on the cover material 4, and a reading device 21 for reading the read-out mark is provided on this position. The picture pattern of the bottom shaped on the bottom material 2 and that of the cover material corresponde to each other and almost no distortion occurs.
