Abstract
PURPOSE: To correctly operate a detection of the pressure in the nuclear reactor, by such means that, with a neutron flux monitor inserted into within a neutron flux monitor guide tube with a space provided, the pressure detecting tube be additionally installed to bottom of the above described guide tube so as to obtain a linkage to said space.
CONSTITUTION: Within a pressure vessel 1 of the nuclear reactor, is provided a core shroud 2, with a core support plate 3 horizontally installed to about center of said shroud 2. And in the bottom part 1a of the pressure vessel 1, is planted a neutron flux monitor guide tube 4 penetrating through so as to be positioned above the core support plate 3, with a neutron flux monitor 5 inserted into said guide tube 4 with a space 6 provided, and its top end part 5a is extended above and installed to the top of the core shroud 2. And a base part 7a of the pressure detecting tube 7 is secured to the bottom of the above described guide tube 4 by using a mounting bolt 8, and said pressure detecting tube 7 is so connected as to provide a linkage to the space 6 which constructs the above described pressure flow path. In this way, a simplification of the device total unit and a correct detection of the pressure in the pile can be operated.
