Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a washer of high strength, productivity and washing efficiency by providing a water passage wall integrally with the side of a dehydration vessel to define a drain passage for circulating wasing water and by attaching a bottom plate to the bottom of the water passage wall.
CONSTITUTION: The drain passage 13 is defined by the dehydration vessel 2 and the water passage wall 14 extending along the side of the dehydration vessel 2. A base plate 9 is coupled to the dehydration vessel 2 by driving a screw 10 into a boss 8. The bottom plate 15 is mounted on the base palte 9 and attached to the bottom of the water passage wall 14. When rotary blades 5 are rotating for washing, the water between the dehydration vessel 2 and an outer vessel 1is sucked into the drain passage 13 and then conducted from a drain port 23 into the central part of the dehydration vessel 2. The water from the drain port 23 is overlapped on the horizontally swirling water. As a result, a washed matter D is caused to frequently go up and down. Thus, the washing efficiency is raised.
