Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a highly drawn film, by drawing a thermoplastic resin film while heating it in air-conditioned chambers isolated with specific hoods and preventing puncture, in manufacturing a cylindrical film according to the inflation method. CONSTITUTION:The tubular raw film 1 is fed from the nip rolls 2, preheated by the heating oven 3 and heated by the hot-air oven 7, then brought into contact with the cylindrical hools 8, 10, 12, and 14 and the ends 9, 11, 13 and 15, and drawn while the surrounding gas temperature is being controlled with the annular uniformed air- conditioned chamber 45 seperately, cooled and nipped by the rolls 24 to give a highly drawn film.
