Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase adhesive property, by use of Na2O and colloidal silica etc. as binders for slurry like material with specified loading ratio of Na2O to the solid matter of the slurry, and with specified ratio of Na2O to colloidal silica. CONSTITUTION:As binders for slurry like material are used Na2O, and colloidal silica or alumina sol. The Na2O of 0.5-5 wt. parts is used per 100 wt. parts of the above-described slurry like material. Na2O is mixed with colloidal silica etc. in a ratio (one or both of colloidal silica and alumina sol)/Na2O = 3.5-8 to form slurry like material, and is applied to the surface of high temp. steel material.
