Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The occuring site and scale of fire, initial state of population distribution, and the like are fed to a training parameter input unit 100, and an arithmetic unit 101 is started. The arithmetic unit 101 apply the parameter of the fire scale to the function of time needed to generate smoke and heat, and calculates the distribution of smoke and heat attending to the development of the fire, based on the proparation function of smoke and heat from the occurring site. The states of smoke and heat are overlaid on the plan and vertical plan of the fire floor and displayed on a display pannel 102. According to the display, an operator 103 decides the direction of refuge guide and conducts guide broadcast or guide light signaling toward safe floors by use of a guide instruction device 104. The displayed content is recorded on a recorder 105, as needed.
