Consequently even when said circuitbreakers 5a, 5b are thrown in to couple all of buses 4a-4c and all of three GPT in parallel, the equivalent circuit has only one CLR or that in GPT 7a and CLR 8b, 8c in other GPT 7a, 7c are eliminated thereby the voltage detected across CLR is always constant against same grounding point resistance 15.
