CONSTITUTION:The luminance signal having undergone frequency modulation is supplied to the other input terminal of an adder 11 and the recording color video signal obtainable on the output side of an adder 11 is supplied to a rotary magnetic head composed of sendust alloy. At the reproducing, a rotary magnetic head 3 composed of ferrite is mainly used and the rotary magnetic head 2 composed of Sendust alloy is auxiliarily used. The reproduction output signal of the rotary magnetic head 3 is supplied to the input side of a gate circufit 13 via presmplifier 12.
