CONSTITUTION: There is arranged power transmission line 8 for transmitting electric power from a power generating ship 7 moored at mooring facility 6 through a substation 4 between the ship mooring facility 6 on the sea 1 and the substation 4 on the land 2. According to this temporary power transmission facility, when the facility 3 is stopped transmitting the electric power, the latter can be transmitted temporarily from the ship through the transmission line arranged between the mooring facility and the substation and the substation to thereby improve the running rate as the entire facility and the maintenance of the power transmission function.
