Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain hard blast furnace slag of high strength, low water absorbing rate and high specific gravity by allowing molten blast furnace slag to flow down through an inclined plate by means of dead load until dropping temp. or solidification stops the flowing and further allowing molten blast furnace slag to flow onto the solidified layer.
