Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus which makes possible effective waste heat recovery by means of a cooling cover which covers a high temp coil having been annealed with an intervenient inner cover, and by blowing air through a duct which connects the cooling cover with a preheating cover which covers a coil to be oreheated.
