PURPOSE: To keep air to fuel ratio constant and decrease the discharge of harmful exhaust gas by adjusting and controlling a fuel flow rate valve through the differential pressure between the ventiri engative pressure and the negative pressure generated at the throttle section of the fuel path within the fuel rate control valve.
