PURPOSE:To decrease scale adherence to the apparatus and to enlarge evaporation temperature range in whole apparatus by letting raw sea water flow from lower temperature side to higher temperature side, by raising the tenperature of raw sea water at the outlet of a final raw water condenser in order to make small the range of evaporation temperature of the heater.
