PURPOSE: To convert accumulated nitrogen compounds in absorbing liquid to NH4 salts mainly and to recover as NH3 or moreover, to convert to N2 and H2O and then, to discharge, by adding chlorine to the absorbing liquid, absorbed NOx and SOx at the same time.
