Abstract

PURPOSE:To render an optical axis to coincide in a simple construction and hold an optical fiber in a stable manner by providing a square groove in an elastomer plate, inserting two optical fibers into the square groove in order to butt together, and then folding the elastomer plate in order to hold them in a laminated condition.
