Abstract
PURPOSE:The alloy having an excelent wear resistance for cutting tools and wearresisting parts, which is obtained by providing triple covering layers having respectively specified film thrickness on the surface of the substrate having layer of Fe, Ni, etc. provided on the surface of the super hard alloy consisting of the carbide, etc. of the metals of the IVA, VA and VIA groups and Fe, Co, etc.
