Abstract
PURPOSE:To make possible taking the methods of connection as desired depending upon the object and performance of apparatus and achieve the improvement in the degree of freedom of design by providing a plurality of multisplit electrodes on one vibrating film (piezoelectric film) by polarizing these so that front and back polarizing directions mutually differ.
