PURPOSE:To directly obtain high purity H2 contg. no steam and O2 by using titanium oxide as a photo-semiconductor element anode generating electromotive force on being irradiated with light and a H2 permeable metallic film dividing a H2 collecting chamber as a H2 producing cathode.
