PURPOSE: Olefinic aminoalcohol derivatives I (where R1 is H or lower alkyl; R2 is H, lower alkyl, aryl-lower alkyl or lower hydroxyalkyl; A is 25C alkylene; B is -CH2CH2-, -CH=CH-, O, -CH2-O-, -CH2-S-; C1 and C2 are 1,2-phenylene), e.g. N-benzyl-N-[3-15-hydroxy-10, 11-dihydro5H-dibenzo [ad] cycloheptene-5-yl-[-allyl]-2-ethanolamine.
