Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a reverse lock machanism for outboard motor, in which automatic tilt and switching operation for releasing the same are interlocked with the operation of tilt stopper, such that reverse lock is released at the time of automatic tilt, whersby the control mechanism for releasing the reverse lock mechanism can be omitted, thus simplifying the construction of the entire mechanism.
