Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an improved dielectric of which the dielectric constant exceeds 1500 under the conditions of 3KV/mm, DC bias; the dielectric being formed by admixing MnO2 to a PbO-La2O3-ZrO2-TiO2 type ceramic dielectric.
