PURPOSE:To get rid of unsolidified slag and eliminate explosion caused by the discharge of slag into a cooling water pit, by spreading out molten slag from a refining process onto pallets, subjecting it to air cooling and forced water cooling by water sprinkling, and then throwing the resultant solidified slag into a container for intercooling.
