PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for preventing upsetting of tractor due to floating of front wheels, in which there is provided detector link means coopratively associated with motion of front wheel axle, and engine is decelerated or stopped in response to the detector link means when front wheels are floated, whereby upsetting of vahicle due to floating of front wheels can be prevented with ease.
