Abstract
PURPOSE: The sintered ores discharged from sintering machines are cooled with a rectilinear cooler by smoothly changing their flow direction, and the dust contained in the exhaust gas after cooling is arrested in the raw material bed whereby evolution of dust from the cooler is completely eliminated and elimination of dust collectors is realized.
