Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a window displaying a special effect by closing an opening part with transparent closing member and using a transparent plate fitting a spatial phase modulation type optical mask generating the image of an object when irradiated with a divergent or convergent coherence light as the closing member. SOLUTION: An opening part is closed by a transparent closing member 12 and a transparent plate 14 fitting a spatial phase modulation type optical mask 13 generating an objective image when irradiated with a divergent or convergent interfering light is used as the closing member 12. That is, a window consists of a rectangular frame forming the opening part and the closing member 12 closing it. The closing member 12 is constituted so as to hold a film like optical mask 13 between two sheets of the transparent plates 14. Then, this window is constituted so as to view e.g. a Christmas tree and point light sources fitted to it through the closing member 12. Thus, marks and characters hidden in the optical mask 13 are viewed so as to float up to the surface around the respective light sources.
