の倒れを防止でき、しかも、沿面距離確保と倒れ防止に
使用する積層板を、回路基板の余剰分で製作することが
できてコストダウンを図ることができる回路基板上の部
品の保護構造を提供することを目的としている。

部の下端部を楔状あるいは鍵状に形成し、この下端部を
上記回路基板の嵌入用孔部に嵌入係止するようにしたこ
とを特徴としている。請求項3に記載の発明では、上記
積層板は、回路基板の製作時における回路基板の余剰部
で形成したことを特徴としている。

す分解斜視図である。本実施形態の回路基板上の部品の
保護構造は、図1に示すように、ビデオ等の電子機器、
電気機器に用いられる回路基板1上に立設されたコンデ
ンサ等の部品2の近傍箇所に所定間隔隔てて2つの嵌入
用孔部1a,1aを形成し、この嵌入用孔部1a,1a
に、部品2の沿面距離確保と倒れ防止とを行うための側
面視略四辺形の積層板3の脚部3a,3aを嵌入して、
この積層板3を回路基板1上の部品2の近傍箇所に立設
している。更に、図2に示すように、積層板3は、その
脚部3a,3aの下端部3b,3bを鍵状に形成し、こ
の鍵状下端部3b,3bを回路基板1の嵌入用孔部1
a,1aに嵌入係止して抜け止めしている。尚、積層板
3の脚部3a,3aの下端部3b,3bを楔状に形成し
て、嵌入係止してもよい。また、積層板3は、回路基板
1の製作時における回路基板の余剰部で形成するとよ
い。本実施形態の回路基板上の部品の保護構造によれ
ば、積層板3で回路基板1上のコンデンサ等の部品2を
保護するようにしたので、回路基板1の他の金属部品4
(図1参照)との沿面距離を確保することができて絶縁
性を高めることができ、且つ部品2の倒れをこの積層板
3で防止することができる。しかも、積層板3の脚部3
a,3aの下端部3b,3bを鍵状もしくは楔状に形成
しているので、この下端部3b,3bを回路基板1の嵌
入用孔部1a,1aに嵌入係止することによって、積層
板3を抜け止めすることができて、回路基板1上に積層
板3を倒れることなく、安定した状態で立設することが
でき、回路基板1上のコンデンサ等の部品2の沿面距離
確保と倒れ防止を確実に行うことができる。また、積層
板3を、回路基板1の製作時における回路基板の余剰部
で形成することによって、コストダウンを図ることがで
きる。尚、積層板3は、図1,図2に示す側面視略四辺
形のものだけに限らず、側面視略三角形や略円形、略楕
円形等の他の形状のものであってもよい。

した立設状態を保持でき、この積層板による回路基板上
の部品の沿面距離確保と倒れ防止とを確実に行うことが
できる。請求項3に記載の発明によれば、積層板を、回
路基板上の製作時における回路基板の余剰分で形成する
ことによって、コストダウンを図ることができる。
