The protrusion 22 has a narrower dimension at a deeper side (L2) in which the legs 11 are to be inserted and a wider dimension at an inlet opening side (L1), and thickness S of the legs 11 is set to satisfy the relation L2<S<L1 so that clearance is not left at the semicircular protrusion 22 when the mounting leg 11 is tightened by the screw 20a, and loosening of the screw 20a can be avoided.
