Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a character on a character illuminating part of transparent plastic by providing a groove shape on the part, mounting a masking jig in the groove shape at the time of hot stamping, and eliminating attachment of a hot stamped foil to the part. SOLUTION: The hot stamping structure of transparent plastic is obtained by providing a groove 2b on the plastic 2, mounting a masking jig of a hot stamp in the groove 2b of the plastic at the time of hot stamping, and eliminating attachment of a hot stamped foil to a character illuminating part 2a to be transparent. A character is printed on the part 2a without silk screen. When a light emitting diode 3 mounted on a printed board 4 emits a light, a character illumination is observed from a set surface.
