更ボルト8で吐出幅を設計時のリップ開口幅の70%ま
で移動部材2を移動させた後、テーパー部材4を押し込
んでシール材5をリップ下面に押圧して密着させた。こ
の間約5分程度であり、その後樹脂の再吐出を行い約3
日間製膜を行ったが、異物発生および破断もなく安定し
た製膜が可能であった。

流出用の貫通孔を設けることにより、ポリマーの滞留劣
化を防止できる。

移動部材の対面上にその法線方向に移動可能でリップ面
に対して接離できるように取り付けられ、リップ面に押
圧されてその開口部の所定長の端部を閉鎖するシール部
材と、該移動部材の対面上に設けられ、ダイ幅方向に動
作してシール部材をリップ面に接離させる駆動部材とか
らなること特徴とするフィルム押出成形装置。
