Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fishing bait effectively utilizing a luminous agent to be mixed with a fishing bait without causing waste and to provide a method for producing the fishing bait. SOLUTION: This fishing bait 1 is a fishing bait 1 obtained by gelatinizing a mixed solution of a fishing bait base and a luminous agent 5. The luminous agent 5 is mixed so as to be distributed unevenly to a fixed position on the surface side 3. The fishing bait is produced by mixing the fishing bait base with the luminous agent 5 having a specific gravity higher than the fishing bait base, casting the mixture into a mold, filling, allowing the mixture to stand for a fixed time to precipitate the luminous agent 5 on the bottom of the mold, gelatinizing the mixed solution to produce the fishing bait comprising the luminous agent 5 unevenly distributed to the fixed position on the surface 3 side.

2. Description of the Related Art Since many fishing fish have a habit of collecting light, fishing baits mixed with a luminous agent as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-168383 have been conventionally used for night fishing and deep fishing. Widely used for fishing in the field. The luminous agent absorbs and accumulates light from the sun and fluorescent lamps, and gradually emits and emits light in a dark place. Therefore, during night fishing and deep-field fishing, the luminous agent emits light. The fish collecting effect can be obtained.

However, conventionally, in this type of bait, since the luminous agent is dispersed and mixed in the bait, the luminous agent inside the bait, which does not reach the light, cannot emit light. What was wasted was the fact. However, since the luminous agent itself has no effect of effectively stimulating the odor and taste of fish, the more the luminous agent accounts for in the fishing bait, the less the effect of collecting fish on surfaces other than light is reduced. There was a defect.

Of course, it is also possible to produce fishing bait without mixing the above-mentioned pigments and various fish-collecting substances. The fishing bait 1 according to the present embodiment is configured as described above.
Is manufactured as follows by one embodiment of the method according to the second aspect of the present invention. First, a mixed solution A is prepared by mixing polyvinyl alcohol, a dye such as benzoguanamine formaldehyde resin or silica, and a luminous agent 5 with water as a solvent. At this time, if the temperature of water as a solvent is set to about 60 ° C., these dissolve quickly.

On the other hand, separately from these, a plurality of fish collecting substances such as krill extract, amiminchi, glycine, and alanine are selected and mixed to produce a mixed solution B. Then, after both the mixed liquids A and B are further mixed to form a mixed liquid C, as shown in FIG. 3, each mold 7 of the transparent plastic tray 9 in which a plurality of molds 7 are formed by imitating an underwater creature. The mixed solution C is injected and filled therein by a conventionally well-known mono pump not shown.

As described above, when the water temperature is set to about 60 ° C. in order to mix polyvinyl alcohol with water as a solvent, the mixed solution A is quickly formed.
If the cooling (freezing) of the mixed liquid C is immediately started at the time after the mixing with, the precipitation phenomenon is disturbed, which is not preferable. The precipitation time was divided into 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes, but there was no particular difference, and it was clear that the precipitation was sufficient in 30 minutes.

Since the fishing bait 1 according to the present embodiment is configured as described above, the angler who purchases the bait 1 in the plastic tray 9 lined up at the store is required to perform one night fishing or actual fishing in a deep place. The aluminum sheet 11 is broken while pressing and deforming the mold 7 to take out the bait 1 and attach it to the hook. Then, after light is briefly applied to the back 3 of the fishing bait 1 with a cap light or the like, if the bait 1 is taken out into the water together with the device, the luminous agent 5 emits light and the fish-collecting substance dissolves in the water to attract the fish. As described above, the fishing lure 1 according to the present embodiment also allows the fish to be attracted by the luminous action of the luminous agent 5, but in the present embodiment, the fish 1 is attached to the outer surface of the back 3 of the fishing lure 1. Since the phosphorescent agent 5 is unevenly distributed, the same effect can be obtained with a small amount of the phosphorescent agent 5 without wasting the phosphorescent agent 5 as compared with a conventional fishing lure in which the phosphorescent agent is dispersed throughout the fishing bait. It is possible to reduce the use amount of luminophore, thereby reducing the cost. Further, since the reduced amount of the luminous agent 5 can be converted to another fish collecting substance, there is an advantage that a higher fish collecting effect can be obtained as compared with the related art.

Further, since the luminous agent 5 having a large specific gravity is unevenly distributed on the side of the back 3 of the fishing bait 1, the fishing bait 1 can be stabilized by fastening to the hook so that the back 3 is directed downward. Also, since the luminous agent 5 is not simply applied to the outer surface of the fishing bait 1 but is integrally mixed with polyvinyl alcohol or the like, the luminous agent 5 does not peel off from the fishing bait 1 for a long time. It is possible to maintain the function and effect of the luminous agent 5 throughout.

According to the method of manufacturing the fishing bait 1 described above, it is possible to easily manufacture the fishing bait 1 having the above-described effects, and to carry out the gelation twice and the normal temperature three times in the manufacturing process. Thawing by standing for 66 hours has the effect of improving the bonding strength of polyvinyl alcohol. In the above embodiment, polyvinyl alcohol was used as the water-soluble polymer substance for the bait substrate. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other water-soluble polymer substances having a specific gravity lighter than that of zinc copper sulfide may be used. The same effect as in the above embodiment can be obtained by using a water-insoluble polymer substance (for example, a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride).

In addition, instead of the back 3 side of the fishing bait 1, the luminous agent 5 may be unevenly distributed on the abdomen or the tail side, and the eccentric location of the luminous agent 5 is not limited to the above embodiment. In addition, since the luminous agent 5 having a large specific gravity is unevenly distributed, the posture of the fishing bait 1 can be stabilized by the manner of fastening to the hook, and the fishing bait 1 can be secured in such a manner that the posture becomes unstable. You can also invite fish by moving.

As described above, according to the fishing bait according to the first aspect, since the phosphorescent agent is unevenly distributed on the outer surface side of the predetermined portion of the fishing bait, the conventional bait in which the phosphorescent agent is dispersed in the fishing bait. On the other hand, the same effect can be obtained with a small amount of the luminous agent without wasting the luminous agent, and the amount of the luminous agent can be reduced, so that the cost can be reduced. According to the method of manufacturing a bait according to the second aspect, there is an effect that a bait having the above-described functions and effects can be easily manufactured.
