Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp for wire anchoring which can conduct easy and complete work by allowing a wire to be attached and removed in a single operation, and attain anchor fixing in a stable condition firmly and exactly with the wire fitted in a clamping groove at a prescribed position. SOLUTION: This clamp, whose wire grip member consisting of an upper part chuck and a lower part is formed so as to slide freely in a longitudinal direction, is constituted so that a wire 30 may be clamped at a clamping part of C-shaped cross-section whose upper and lower inner side facing surfaces formed at its rear end part are formed at a taper surface by moving the wire grip member rearward to clampingly-press a space between clamping arc surfaces 15, 16, and tighten a space between the upper part chuck and lower part chuck by fastening a bolt 22. A recessed part 17 is formed at the upper jaw part 12a of the upper part chuck, and the spring 18 is inserted in the recessed part 17. The bolt 22 connected by being inserted into a lower jaw part 13a from the upper jaw part 12a is loosely-fitted into the spring 18, and the upper part chuck is moved upward against the springing force of the spring 18.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as this kind of electric wire anchoring clamp, for example, FIG.
To 8 have been proposed. In this electric wire anchoring clamp, upper and lower opposing surfaces integrally formed at one end of a clamp body 41 form tapered surfaces 54, 46, and outer sides form tapered shapes 54, 54, and are connected to each other. The openable and closable electric wire gripping member 51 composed of the upper and lower chucks 52 and 53 is drawn to one side and opened, and after the electric wire 70 is inserted into the opening, the gripping member 51 is again slid to the other side to hold it. The electric wire 70 is configured to be gripped by clamping the grooves 55 and 56.

[0003] The openable and closable electric wire gripping member 51 includes:
A coil spring 58 is interposed between the upper jaw 52a of the upper chuck 52 and the lower jaw 53a of the lower chuck 53, and the coil spring 58 is loosely fitted to the bolt 62 so that the upper jaw 52a is always elastically supported. Had a simple structure.

However, in order to attach the electric wire 70 with the electric wire anchoring clamp body 41,
The tightening bolt 62 must be loosened, and the wire 70 must be inserted after the wire between the upper and lower chucks 52 and 53 is greatly expanded by the elastic force of the coil spring 58. After the insertion, the wire 70 is temporarily tightened to hold the wire. After the member 51 is slid to one side and pushed into the holding portion 48, the tightening bolts 62 are further fully tightened and fixed.
There was inconvenience that it had to be tightened, and it took a long time to mount, and it was easy to come off because the holding portion 48 was open until it was temporarily tightened. In addition, there is a possibility that an unexpected accident may occur when the tightening bolt 62 is loosened or tightened, so that the mounting operation cannot be performed easily and the work efficiency is poor.

Further, when the electric wire is inserted, the electric wire gripping member 51 is pulled to one side to open, so that the upper arm 52b of the upper chuck 52 may come out of the opening 47 of the holding portion 48 and rotate forward. When rotated, the electric wire 70 cannot be inserted. Therefore, the electric wire 70 has to be returned to the original position, which is troublesome and requires time and effort. Furthermore, when the electric wire is inserted, the electric wire 70
Does not fit into the pinching arc surfaces 55 and 56 and gets over and goes into the back or goes diagonally and does not fit in a predetermined position. There was a problem that I couldn't.

Next, when the drawn electric wire 30 is advanced in the lateral direction and inserted between the upper and lower jaws 12a, 13a through the upper and lower expansion guides 24, 25 and the opening 7 of the holding portion 8, the upper jaw is opened. The portion 12a moves upward against the elasticity of the coil spring 18, and the electric wire 30 is placed on the clamping arc surfaces 15, 16 between the upper and lower jaws 12a, 13a and clamped. When it is clamped, the upper jaw 1
2a moves down and comes into contact with the lower jaw 13a, and the upper and lower expansion guides 24 and 25 are closed, so that they do not come off and do not have to be temporarily tightened unlike conventional products.

At this time, the distal end of the lower expanding guide portion 25 of the lower jaw portion 13a is located higher than the clamping arc surface 16, so that it is easy to insert the electric wire 30 when inserted between the upper and lower clamping arc surfaces 15, 16. Can be held in a stable state.

Thereafter, when the electric wire gripping member 11 is moved to the other end along the upper surface of the clamp body 1, the clamping arc surfaces 15, 16 of the upper and lower jaws 12a, 13a become tapered surfaces of the clamping portion 8. 6, 6 and approach each other,
0 is gripping. Then, the bolt 22 is tightened to firmly tighten the gap between the upper chuck 12 and the lower chuck 13.

In this state, since the upper jaw 12a and the lower jaw 13a are tightened to each other, the electric wire 30 is securely held even if the electric wire gripping member 11 retreats due to an external force or the like. And the electric wire 30 does not fall off.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the bolt connecting the upper jaw and the lower jaw is loosely fitted to the coil spring in the upper concave portion, the upper jaw is always kept. The downward pushing force works, and the lower jaw guide is always in close contact with the lower jaw. When attaching the electric wire, the upper jaw easily moves upward by pushing it between the close upper and lower expanding guides. When opened, the electric wire can be introduced into the clamping arc surface and can be securely clamped. When the electric wire is clamped, the upper jaw moves downward and closes, and the upper and lower expansion guides are joined to completely prevent the electric wire from coming off.
This operation is very convenient because it can be performed with one touch.

In addition, when the electric wire is mounted, the work of loosening the tightening bolt such as the conventional clamp and attaching the electric wire can be omitted, and after the electric wire is grasped, the electric wire is temporarily tightened, and the electric wire is pressed into the holding portion and fully tightened. However, since it can be mounted without performing temporary fastening work, the work is facilitated, and the work efficiency is further improved.

Further, according to the clamp for retaining an electric wire according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the stop member is protruded from the upper surface of the lower jaw, the electric wire does not exceed the clamping arc surface when the electric wire is attached. Since it fits in the normal position in a normal state, it is stable, gripping is accurate and reliable, and rotation of the upper jaw can be prevented, so that mounting work can be further simplified.

1. An electric wire gripping member comprising an upper chuck and a lower chuck sandwiching an upper peripheral surface and a lower peripheral surface in a length direction of an electric wire, is slidable in a longitudinal direction, and is provided with upper and lower members provided at a rear end. An electric wire gripping member formed on a tapered surface having the same inclination as the tapered surface is moved rearward to a holding portion having a C-shaped cross section having an inner facing surface formed on a tapered surface, thereby holding an upper chuck and a lower chuck. In an electric wire retaining clamp configured to clamp the electric wire by pressing the gap between the arc surfaces and tighten the bolt inserted from the upper jaw to the lower jaw to tighten the upper chuck and the lower chuck, the upper jaw of the upper chuck A spring is inserted into the recess, a bolt that is inserted from the upper jaw to the lower jaw and connected is loosely fitted to the spring, and the upper chuck is moved upward against the spring force of the spring. An electric wire anchoring clamp configured to perform.
