話を行うレベルも低くなり、最終的な候補となる可能性
が高い。よって予約の入れられるホテルに巡りあえるの
は、かなり時間と労力を費やす。地方では、近くにホテ
ルがなく、土地感のない所で、調査範囲を広げていかな
ければならず、これもかなりの時間と労力を費やす。こ
の様に情報を瞬時に入手する事ができれば、この人（利
用者）にとっての情報提供費や電話通話費や時間の節約
や情報サービスの恩恵により、十分な利益を生む事がで
きる。これを実現したのが図１のシステムである。 （２）携帯電話事業を行っている電話会社Ｂ社は、携帯
電話器利用者Ａが電話を掛けた場所（通話エリア）を例
えば５００ｍの範囲で特定する事ができる。これは「位
置情報サービスシステム」として知られている。この５
００ｍと言う特定された位置情報と携帯電話器利用者Ａ
が欲しがっている情報のキーワードを組み合わせ、リア
ルタイムに携帯電話器利用者Ａに地域情報を提供してあ
げるものである。ここでは、電話会社Ｂ社は、携帯電話
器利用者Ａの位置情報と携帯電話器利用者Ａの必要とし
ている情報アイテム（キーワード）を基に、検索情報の
提供元、即ちＣの電話番号を探し出す。これは、予め位
置情報と検索キーワードの組み合わせで、情報提供元Ｃ
の電話番号検索・回線交換機能があれば、実現できる。
これを実現したのが図１のシステムである。更に携帯電
話事業を行っている電話会社Ｂ社は、企業としての利益
拡大の為には、携帯電話の回線加入料の拡大や回線の使
用料（通話料）の拡大により事業の拡大ならびに企業利
益を拡大する事ができる。その為には他社にはないサー
ビスを売り物にする必要があるが、この地域情報サービ
スは、携帯電話器利用者Ａに利用者が電話をしている場
所を意識させないで、その地域特有な情報を提供し、か
つその地域に利益をもたらすことになる為、地域還元型
情報提供サービスとして、他社の企業拡大戦略となり得
るであろう。その効果は益々利用者の拡大を促す効果を
持っている。当然、後述される企業からの広告宣伝料等
の収入増も考えられる。これを実現したのが図１のシス
テムである。 （３）情報提供源である例えばホテルＣは、顧客獲得の
為に空室情報、キャンペーン広告情報、料金、割引サー
ビス情報、ホテル迄の道順等を毎日、もしくは、数日間
おきに、地域情報データベースサービス会社Ｃ社に提供
する。これは、ホテルＤに於いては、広告兼顧客獲得情
報であり、この情報提供により、当日の駆けこみ客の獲
得ができ、売り上げチャンスの拡大を見込む事ができ
る。ホテルＣの顧客獲得情報は、ホテルＣに設置されて
いる情報提供システム３（又は４、５）のオンライン端
末を使い、顧客獲得情報を入力し登録する。ホテルＣと
