ばモータ等部品の破壊を防止できるが、この場合には装
置を稼働させられないダウンタイムが発生してしまうと
いう不具合が生じる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 画像形成装置の定着部材にウェブを接触
させて清掃またはオイル塗布を行うウェブ装置であっ
て、上記ウェブが巻き出し部材から押圧部材を介して巻
き取り部材に巻き取られる間に、上記押圧部材により上
記定着部材に上記ウェブを接触させて上記定着部材の清
掃またはオイル塗布を行い、上記ウェブの終了時に該ウ
ェブの端部が上記巻き出し部材を離れるウェブ装置にお
いて、上記ウェブの終了時に上記押圧部材に接触するク
リーニング部材を設けたことを特徴とするウェブ装置。
