うに付勢する第1弾性部材とを備えてなり、 前記第2係止手段は、 第3係止部を有すると共に連結部材に第2係止位置と第
2非係止位置間を移動できるように設けられる第3係止
部材と、 本体部に設けられ前記第2係止位置にある第3係止部材
の第3係止部と係合する第4係止部を有する第4係止部
材と、 前記操作部材と前記第3係止部材との間に前記操作部材
と弾性力を介して当接される連動部材とを含んで配置さ
れ、前記操作部材の前記基準位置から前記動作位置への
移動に応じて前記第3係止部材を前記第2係止位置から
前記第2非係止位置に移動させる伝達手段と、 第3係止部材を常時前記第2係止位置に付勢すると共に
