き変え受渡し輪体間の中央へ寄せるように、各向き変え
受渡し輪体の両受け部に隣接して湾曲状に設けられた案
内板とから構成されており、上記向き変え受渡し輪体の
袋受け部と空受け部とは、水平回転軸の周囲から放射状
に等間隔で突出した固定羽根の間に形成された受け部を
該受け部内に揺動可能に設けられた揺動羽根によって仕
切ることで形成され、各揺動羽根は上記隣接した2枚の
固定羽根中間部で上記回転軸に揺動可能に支持され、回
転中にカム形状によって上記供給手段下方位置で回転方
向側固定羽根に寄って袋受け部を大きく開き、両向き変
え受渡し輪体間が最短距離になる位置まで回転して来る
