SOLUTION: A bottom surface of a disklike elastic principle plane 1, consisting of polyurethane foam, having innumerable continuous blow holes is used as a polishing surface 1a exposed with these continuous blow holes, and in order to make it easily installable on a top face of the elastic principle plane 1, a plane fastener 3 at the female side being paired to another plane fastener at the male side installed at the side of a rotary tool is almost extensively stuck fast excepting the central part. おいて、回転工具側に設けられた面状ファスナと対をな
す面状ファスナを弾性主体の上面に貼着したものを請求
項5に係る発明とするものである。
