Foam has consistently been a problem in pulp processing in the manufacture of paper products. Virtually every step of the papermaking process produces entrained air and surface bubbles, which are highly undesirable as they adversely affect process efficiency and the end product. 2. Description of the Related Art Various defoamers / antifoams have been used with different degrees of satisfaction. Many antifoams are emulsion products based on stearic acid or fatty acids. Some examples of emulsion products are the following patents: U.S. Patents 3,705,860 (Duvall) and 3,337,595, issued December 12, 1972, and U.S. Patent 4,451,390, issued May 29, 1984. (Flannigan). Antifoam products are usually sold in diluted form, which results in bulk transportation costs. Also, these defoamers contain undesirable particulate additives, which can settle during the papermaking process to form unwanted precipitates in the system. Particulate additives that cause precipitation and cause clogging of the papermaking system typically include stearic acid, fatty acids, silicones, hydrophobic silica, wax or other organic particles, and the like. Other defoamers include particulate additives such as silicon, hydrocarbons, or other organic particles. It is also known to use glycols or glycerol as foam inhibitors. There is a need to provide new antifoam / antifoam compositions that substantially reduce shipping costs and overcome the problems of precipitate formation associated with the aforementioned antifoams. In addition, it would be beneficial to create a concentrate of the active ingredient that is free of oil, amide, hydrophobic silica or silicone additives to avoid the problems associated with conventional antifoam products. The present invention provides a 100% active concentrated product with many cost savings over conventional antifoams. The compositions of the present invention contain no base or carrier because they contain only the pure active ingredient, thereby reducing shipping and container costs. Furthermore, since it is not an oil-based defoaming agent, it is effective in preventing the properties of the paper sheet such as brightness, gluing efficiency, and strength from being impaired. The absence of oils, amides such as ethylene bisstearic acid amide, hydrophobic silica or silicon additives prevents precipitation and felt filling. The antifoam compositions of the present invention have been found to be much more advantageous in controlling entrained air than conventional antifoams. Other advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides an antifoam / antifoam composition comprising a diester of an ethylene oxide / propylene oxide block copolymer and a fatty acid of 2 to 30 carbon atoms. In another embodiment, the antifoam / foaming composition may comprise a mixture of the diester with a polyethylene glycol and a diester of a fatty acid of 2 to 30 carbon atoms. Ethylene oxide / propylene oxide diester used alone is more effective at most temperatures for long-term effects in almost all paper machine water tested (eg, tissue paper, corrugated board, writing paper). On the other hand, it has been found that a mixture of ethylene oxide / propylene oxide diester and polyethylene glycol diester exhibits a better defoaming effect than the ethylene oxide / propylene oxide diester product used alone. The weight ratio of the mixture of fatty acid ethylene oxide / propylene oxide block copolymer-diester and fatty acid polyethylene glycol diester is from about 10:90 to 90:10, preferably from about 25:75 to 75:25, more preferably about 25: 75 to 50:50. The ethylene oxide / propylene oxide block copolymer used in the preparation of the diester comprises about 1-100 moles of ethylene oxide, preferably about 10-60 moles of ethylene oxide, and about 1-100 moles of propylene oxide, preferably about 10-100 moles of propylene oxide. It may contain 50 moles of propylene oxide. When preparing diesters with fatty acids, the fatty acids may contain 2 to 30 carbon atoms, preferably 16 to 24 carbon atoms. The molar ratio of fatty acid to ethylene oxide / propylene oxide block copolymer used to prepare the diester may be from about 1: 5 to 5: 1, preferably about 1: 1 to 1: 3. When preparing a polyethylene glycol diester of a fatty acid, the fatty acid may contain from 2 to 30 carbon atoms, preferably from 16 to 24 carbon atoms, and the molar ratio of fatty acid to polyethylene glycol is from about 3: 1 to about 3: 1. It may be 1: 3, preferably about 2.5: 1 to 1.5: 1. Another object of the present invention is a method of controlling foam in a papermaking process comprising adding the antifoam / antifoam composition of the present invention to a pulp slurry, a papermaking material, and / or a pulp suspension. The defoamer / antifoam composition has a concentration in the range of about 0.01 to 10.0 lbs./ton (weight of paper produced), preferably about 0.10 to 3.0 lbs./ton (weight of paper produced). Added. The present invention includes many other features, which will be described further below. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a graph plotting foam height (cm) versus time (minutes) for two antifoam compositions. In FIG. 1, Antifoam A represents a polyhydric alcohol ester / polyether surfactant mixture of fatty acids prepared at a weight ratio of 1: 2. As shown in FIG. 1, antifoaming agent A and antifoaming agent X were evaluated in white water of mill y at a temperature of 100 ° F. and a concentration of 0.1% / wt. FIG. 2 is a graph plotting foam height (cm) versus time (minutes) for two antifoam agents of the present invention. In FIG. 2, defoamer Y is a 100% ethoxylated / propoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester. Antifoam X is a mixture of 25% / wt ethoxylated / propoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester and 75% / wt ethoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester. As shown in FIG. 2, defoamer Y and defoamer X were evaluated in white water in a mill z at 100 ° F. and a concentration of 0.1% / wt. FIG. 3 is a graph plotting foam height (cm) versus time (minutes) for two antifoam compositions. In FIG. 3, antifoam F represents a polyhydric alcohol ester / polyether surfactant mixture of fatty acids prepared at a weight ratio of 2: 1. Antifoam X is a mixture of 25% / wt ethoxylated / propoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester and 75% / wt ethoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester. As shown in FIG. 3, defoamer F and defoamer X were evaluated in white water of mill c at 100 ° F. and a concentration of 0.1% / wt. FIG. 4 is a graph plotting foam height (cm) versus time (minutes) at a temperature of 45 ° C. with paper machine water containing 0.1% / wt paper size for the five antifoam compositions. is there. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention provides an antifoam / antifoam concentrate having superior activity and performance to cost ratios over conventional oil or water based antifoams. The compositions are very effective in reducing air entrainment and surface foam in many pulp and paper processing steps. Furthermore, the antifoam composition of the present invention does not contain oil, amide, hydrophobic silica or silicon additives, thus avoiding precipitation and felt filling problems. Examples of application of this defoamer composition to papermaking which show particularly good foam control and enhanced drainage include ordinary wet-end foam control, groundwood pulp / TMP systems, secondary fiber systems, bleaching Factories / separation rooms, effluents, etc. The antifoam / antifoam compositions of the present invention comprise a diester of an ethylene oxide / propylene oxide block copolymer and a fatty acid containing 2 to 30 carbon atoms, preferably 16 to 24 carbon atoms. Optimum results were obtained with diesters of ethylene oxide / propylene oxide block copolymers and tall oil fatty acids having an average molecular weight of about 2,000. In another embodiment, the antifoam / antifoam composition of the present invention comprises a diester of an ethylene oxide / propylene oxide block copolymer with a fatty acid containing 2 to 30 carbon atoms, polyethylene glycol and 2 to 30 carbon atoms. And mixtures with diesters with fatty acids. Optimum results have been obtained with diesters of polyethylene glycol with tall oil fatty acids having an average molecular weight of about 200 to 800, preferably about 400. The ethylene oxide / propylene oxide block copolymer-diester of fatty acid and the polyethylene glycol-diester of fatty acid are about 10: 90-90: 10, preferably about 25: 75-75: 25, more preferably about 25: 75-50: 50. May be mixed at a weight ratio of Mixtures of fatty acid ethylene oxide / propylene oxide block copolymer-diesters and fatty acid polyethylene glycol-diesters can be prepared in a one-pot reaction step. Example 1 Laboratory evaluations of four antifoam / antifoam compositions were performed using an antifoam recirculation tester. The test composition was as follows: 1. 0.1% / wt solution of a 1: 2 mixture by weight of polyhydric alcohol ester of fatty acid / polyether surfactant-antifoam A. 2. 0.1% / wt solution of a 25:75 mixture of ethoxylated / propoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester and ethoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester by weight-defoamer X. 3. 0.1% / wt solution of a 2: 1 mixture by weight of polyhydric alcohol ester of fatty acid / polyether surfactant-Antifoam F. 4. 100% / wt ethoxylated / propoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester 0.1% / wt solution-defoamer Y. The defoaming and defoaming properties of the composition described above are shown in FIGS. The composition of antifoam X, ie a mixture of 25% / wt ethoxylated / propoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester and 75% / wt ethoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester, is more effective as an antifoam / antifoam It is clear from the figure that it works. In the example as shown in FIG. 4, antifoam Y is the most effective antifoam / antifoam. Example 2 Laboratory evaluation of five antifoam compositions was performed using an antifoam recirculation tester. The test composition was as follows. 1. Antifoam A-fatty acid esters of polyethers and polyhydric alcohols. 2. Antifoam B-An antifoam based on an oil containing a polyether surfactant and mineral oil. 3. Antifoam C-ethoxylated oleic diester. 4. Defoamer X-25% / wt ethoxylated / propoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester and 75% / wt ethoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester. 5. Antifoam Y-ethoxylated / propoxylated tall oil fatty acid diester. FIG. 4 shows the evaluation results of the above-described antifoaming agent. There, 25 ml of an antifoaming composition was added to 600 ml of paper machine water containing 0.1% / wt of Stayfor resin (Westvaco) size, and then the foam height (cm) was measured at a temperature of 45 ° C. for a time (sec.). ). It can be seen from the figure that antifoam Y was most effective in controlling the amount of foam generated over time.
