Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.記憶素子と論理素子を具備する集積回路を有し、さらにその集積回路と回路 の特性により決定される物理的特性を評価する外部装置と通信する素子を有する 少なくとも1つの電子モジュールを含むデータキャリアの信頼性を試験する方法 において、前記集積回路が励起される材料を有し、その材料が発光する電磁放射 の特性の少なくとも1つを検出しかつデータキャリアの信頼性を決定するために 評価することを特徴とするデータキャリアの信頼性を試験する方法。 2.前記材料が、データキャリアの外部で生成され、その材料に供給される電磁 放射、または前記集積回路により生成される電界により励起されることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.前記材料の発光が信頼性を決定するために評価されることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.放射スペクトル、特に波長約600nmにおける放射スペクトルにより、前 記データキャリアの信頼性を評価することを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載 の方法。 5.放射スペクトルと励起スペクトルの関係が、前記データキャリアの信頼性を 判定するために評価されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 6.異なる励起で得られる放射スペクトルの差が、前記データキャリアの信頼性 を判定するために評価されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 7.前記材料から放出される電磁放射が上記の集積回路のメモリに格納される2 進特性値に変換されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 8.前記2進特性値が、放出される電磁放射、および/または発光ゾーンの空間 的配置のスペクトル分布から導出されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記 載の方法。 9.検出された電磁放射から導出される2進特性値が、集積回路のメモリから読 み出される特性値と比較されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法 。 10.・メモリ素子9と、論理素子10と、通信素子4とを備える集積回路5を有 する電子モジュール2を少なくとも1つ有するデータキャリア1と、 ・読取りおよび/または書き込みのために、通信素子4を介して記憶手段9の 少なくとも一部の領域にアクセスする手段24と、 ・前記集積回路5の物理的特性を測定するための手段22とを含む、データキ ャリアの信頼性を試験するシステムにおいて、 ・前記集積回路5が、強力に励起されて電磁放射をする材料6を有する少なく とも1つの領域13を有し、 ・前記材料6を励起するための手段11,21と、 ・前記材料が放出する電磁放射の特性の少なくとも1つを検出するための手段 22とが設けられていることを特徴とするデータキャリアの信頼性を試験するシ ステム。 11.手段21,22、および24が、装置20の構成要素であることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第10項に記載のシステム。 12.前記励起手段21がレーザで、かつ手段22がホトダイオードからなる列、 またはマトリックスを有する光検出器であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11 項に記載のシステム。 13.前記材料6を励起するための手段11が集積回路5の1構成要素であること を特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載のシステム。 14.請求の範囲第10項によるシステムで使用され、また記憶素子9と、論理素 子10と、外部装置と通信する素子4とを備えた集積回路5を有する電子モジュ ール2を少なくとも1つ有するデータキャリアにおいて、集積回路5が付勢励起 可能でその結果電磁放射を発する材料6を有する領域13を少なくとも1つ有す ることを特徴とするデータキャリア。 15.前記材料6を有する領域13にあるモジュール2内にウィンドウ3が備えら れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載のデータキャリア。 16.材料6、集積回路5が、透明な注型化合物8で覆われ、さらにそれがウィン ドウ3をも充填していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載のデータキ ャリア。 17.領域13が発光ゾーン12と非発光ゾーン14を含み、それらの配置が前記 データキャリアの特性となることを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載のデー タキャリア。 18.領域13内のゾーン12,14の配置が、前記データキャリアの集積回路5 の卓越した、または独特の特徴であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項に記 載のデータキャリア。 19.材料6が、発光特性を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載の データキャリア。 20.材料6が、発光半導体、とくに多孔性シリコン、または発光重合体であるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第19項に記載のデータキャリア。
