It relates to fine particles. The invention also relates to a process for the production of said microparticles, to the use of said microparticles for preparing a formulation for controlling plant pests, weeds or parasites, and to aqueous spray mixtures comprising said novel microparticles. is there. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Microencapsulation of active ingredients in polymeric materials using different polymers is known and is described, for example, in the Encyclopedia of Polymer, John Wiley Sons, 1968, Vol. 8, As described on pages 719 to 736, it can be carried out by various methods. Some typical microencapsulation methods are coacervation, interfacial polymerization in the liquid-liquid phase, or interfacial polycondensation, for example, at the solid interface. In addition to the chemical methods described above, other suitable means are physical methods such as microencapsulation of aerosols. Amino resins are often used as polymeric encapsulants for microparticles containing pesticidal compounds. For a review of the broad field of uses of the resins for microencapsulation, see, inter alia, Acta Polymerica 40, (1989) No. 4, pages 243-251. The release of biologically active pesticides is particularly required. On the other hand, the microparticles used must be active in field applications, for example as well as emulsifiable concentrates. In addition, the microparticles should release the active ingredient uniformly over an extended period of time. On the other hand, no active ingredient should be released upon skin contact, which guarantees a high degree of safety in handling. The production method and properties of fine particles produced using a self-crosslinkable amino resin are described in Acta Polymerica 40, (1989) No. 5, pages 325 to 331. In the process described therein, the starting material is a solid compound, which is, for example, additionally milled to give a fine dispersion in an aqueous polymer solution and then encapsulated. A disadvantage of the method is that the starting material must be ground to an average particle size of about 10 to 30 μm. In addition, large amounts of fine dust are usually generated that must be re-agglomerated. Therefore, the addition of the active ingredient into a liquid, dissolved or molten state is usually important. One problem that occurs in the production of microparticles from the melt or in solution is the recrystallization of the active ingredient in the microparticles. The active ingredient is first frozen in its liquid state, yielding an amorphous core with physical properties different from the crystalline state. During recrystallization, long needles or large irregularly shaped crystals may form. Some of the crystals penetrate the capsule wall, so that the benefits of microencapsulation are at least partially undone. This recrystallization may not occur until storage. This recrystallization is as marked with respect to the stability of the hydrolysis, the dispersibility during the preparation of the spray mixture, the flowability of the microcapsules and the release of the active ingredient for which the microcapsules are not suitable for use, as described above. Can have an effect. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The drawbacks mentioned above are that the microcapsules cause, in addition to the active ingredient, a rapid recrystallization of the melted active ingredient in the microcapsules, and only small amounts of microcrystals are formed, the remaining It has now been found that parts can be eliminated if they contain a nucleation promoter which ensures that they are encapsulated by the capsule wall. Premature release of the active ingredient is thereby prevented, safety of handling is assured, and the release remains sufficiently effective to obtain sufficiently good activity. Long-term stability is good, since recrystallization no longer occurs during storage. The active ingredient is released from the microparticles almost uniformly over an extended period of time, so that good activity is achieved. In one of the objects of the present invention, the invention consists essentially of spherical microparticles comprising a biologically active compound which is solid at room temperature and crystalline as a core material and a polymeric encapsulant. The fine particles relate to spherical fine particles further containing a nucleation promoter. Suitable nucleation promoters are mainly linear polymers. With respect to the active ingredient, the nucleation promoter may suitably be a polyester, polyacrylate, polyamide, polyolefin, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyether. Those of skill in the art will readily find suitable combinations with simple experimentation by mixing and melting the components, and then conveniently by determining the crystal size under a microscope. Preferred nucleation accelerators are polyethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyvinyl alcohol in which the OH end groups are etherified by an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms. The average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is preferably between 10,000 and 4000, most preferably between 20,000 and 35,000. If polyvinyl alcohol is used, the degree of hydrolysis is preferably greater than 75%, most preferably 95-100%. The average molecular weight of the polyvinyl alcohol is preferably from 120000 to 200,000. If polyvinylpyrrolidone is used, the average molecular weight is preferably greater than 1,000,000. The polymeric nucleation promoter may be used in an amount of 0.5 to 30% by weight, preferably 1 to 5% by weight, based on the weight of the active ingredient. The spherical fine particles preferably have an average diameter of 0.5 to 500 μm. More preferably, the spherical microparticles have a mean diameter between 0.5 and 100 μm, and most preferably between 0.5 and 20 μm. The polymeric wall material is preferably 5 to 40% of the total weight of the microparticles. The polymeric wall material is a polyacrylate, polyurea, polyurethane, polyester or amino resin. The polymeric wall material is preferably an amino condensation resin, most preferably a melamine-formaldehyde condensate, wholly or partially etherified melamine-formaldehyde condensate, urea-formaldehyde condensate, urea-glutaraldehyde It is a condensate or a benzoguanamine-formaldehyde condensate. The molar ratio of urea to formaldehyde is from 1: 2.5 to 1: 3.5, preferably from 1: 2.7 to 1: 3.2. If glutaraldehyde is used instead of formaldehyde, the molar ratio is from 1: 1.5 to 1: 2. 5, preferably 1: 1.8 to 1: 2.2. The molar ratio of melamine to formaldehyde may be from 1: 3.5 to 1: 8, preferably from 1: 4 to 1: 6. The degree of etherification of the resin can be adjusted by the molar ratio of melamine to methanol and is typically about 1:10 to 1:20, preferably about 1:15 to 1:18. Amino resins suitable for forming microcapsules are found, inter alia, in Kirk-Othmer, Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology, Third Edition, Volume 2, pages 440-469. . The polycondensates are most preferably melamine-formaldehyde condensates, wholly or partially etherified melamine-formaldehyde condensates or urea-formaldehyde condensates. The biologically active compound is preferably a pesticide or a mixture of pesticides, and most preferably a herbicide, insecticide, acaricide, nematicide, ectoparasiticide, bactericidal. Agents or mixtures thereof. Representative examples of pesticides are urea derivatives, triazines, triazoles, carbamates, phosphates, dinitroanilines, morpholines, acylanilines, pyrethroids, benzates and polycyclic halogenated hydrocarbons. Specific examples of pesticides suitable for use in the practice of the present invention are described in the text below (trivial name is The Pesticide Manual, 9th edition, British Crop Protection Council). sh Crop Protection Council). Urea derivatives chlorbromuron, chlorodurone, chlorotoluron, fluometuron, thiazafluron and triasulfuron. Phosphate ester methidathion, anilofos, azinefosmethyl, fenamiphos, azamethifos. Dinitroaniline benfluralin, pendimethalin, butralin, Furukurorarin. Acylalanines metalaxyl, Fururarakishiru, benzoylpropionic flop ethyl, Fulham pro flop methyl. Pyrethroid cypermethrin, resmethrin, tetramethrin. Benzyl ester bromopropylate, chlorobenzylate, chloropropylate. Miscellaneous things bromoxynil, ioxynil, oxadiazon, Jikoforu, Fenoishikarubu. Preferred biocides are S-2,3-dihydro-5-methoxy-2-oxo-1,3,4thiadiazol-3-ylmethyl O, O-dimethylphosphorodithioate [= methidathion], 2- Phenylamino-4-methyl-6-cyclopropylpyrimidine and 3- (3-chloro-p-tolyl) -1,1-dimethylurea (= chlortoluron). The microparticles may further include a hydrophobic wax. The hydrophobic wax may be a natural wax, a modified natural wax, or a semi-synthetic or fully synthetic wax. The addition of wax, which is melted with the active ingredient to form a melt that is added to the aqueous solution, has the purpose of forming a wax film surrounding the active ingredient on the inner microcapsule wall. Water penetration into the capsule core is thereby prevented, and the release remains sufficiently effective to obtain sufficiently good activity. The wax is preferably a vegetable wax, animal wax, montan wax, paraffin wax, polyolefin wax or amide wax. Most preferably, the hydrophobic wax is a macrocrystalline paraffin wax, a microcrystalline paraffin wax or a polyethylene wax. The wax preferably has a melting point between 30 and 80 ° C. The aqueous solution may comprise, in addition to the monomers, a prepolymer or polymer forming the capsule wall, one or more water-soluble monomers, oligomers or polymers as emulsifiers or dispersants. Suitable emulsifiers or dispersants are anionic, cationic or non-ionic substances. Surfactants that are conventional in the formulation art are described, inter alia, in the following publications: "Mc Cutcheon's Detergents and Emulsifiers Annual", Mc Publishing, Inc. Corp.), Glen Rock, New Jersey, United States, 1988; H. Stache, "Surfactants Handbook (Tensid-Taschenbuch)", 2nd edition, Tse. Hanser Verlag Munich, Vienna, 1981; And Jay. Ash (M. and J. Ash), "Encyclopedia of Surfactants, Vol. I-III, Chemical Publishing Co., New York, 1980-1981. The agents are polyethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether, polyethylene glycol-polypropylene glycol copolymer, polyvinylpyrrolidone and acrylic acid-acrylamide copolymer The polymers used as surfactants are more preferred than those used as nucleation promoters. It has a lower molecular weight, especially for polyethylene glycols and polypropylene glycols Methods for generating high shear forces are known, it is preferred to use a high-speed impeller or rotary homogenizer. You Thus, the present invention comprises suspending the novel microparticles in water at a biologically effective concentration and then applying the suspension thus obtained to the pest or its habitat, The present invention relates to a method for controlling plant pests, weeds or animal parasites In another aspect of the present invention, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a composition for controlling plant pests, weeds or animal parasites. And a water-dilutable powder, a water-dispersible granule or an aqueous spray mixture containing the fine particles. .. the embodiment will be described production example of precondensate example A1: modified melamine - stirring the preparation formaldehyde precondensate, melamine 28 g (0.22 mol) of 30% aqueous formaldehyde The reaction mixture is adjusted to pH 9 using 1N aqueous NaOH solution and then heated to 94 ° C., whereby the melamine dissolves and reacts with the aldehyde. After cooling to 62 ° C., 120 ml (3.75 mol) of methanol and 7 ml of a 15% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution are added, and the reaction is carried out at 62 ° C. for 30 minutes, and 2.8 g of triethanolamine is added. The azeotrope of methanol-water is then distilled off from the reaction mixture, after adjusting the solids content to about 40 to 60% by weight, 6 g of urea are added to this solution, which is then cooled to room temperature. Production example of fine particles. Example B1 60 ml of water, 3 g of a precondensate prepared according to Example A1 and 0.15 g of polyethylene glycol (molecular weight 300) are introduced into a reaction vessel under temperature control. The reaction mixture is heated to 60 ° C. and then acidified with 2.1 ml of 2N aqueous citric acid. Then 12.6 g of methidathion and 0.945 g of polyethylene glycol (molecular weight 20,000) (7.5% based on active ingredient) are melted together, homogenized and then heated to 60 ° C. The melt is rapidly added to the reaction mixture with stirring (Ultraturrax, 12000 rpm) and then stirred at the speed for 10 minutes. Stirring is further continued at 60 ° C. for 120 minutes at 500 rpm using a paddle stirrer. The mixture is then cooled to obtain a suspension of microparticles having a mean diameter of 1 to 10 μm. This suspension can be used directly for further formulation, or the microparticles are dried to obtain a free-flowing powder. Thermoanalytical measurements show that in the capsule core the active ingredient is mainly present in microcrystalline form. Example B2 The procedure of Example B1 is repeated, except that 0.252 g of polyethylene glycol (molecular weight 20,000) corresponding to 2% of the active ingredient is used. When the mixture is cooled, a suspension of fine spherical particles having a diameter of 1 to 10 μm is obtained. This suspension can be used directly for further formulation, or the microparticles are dried to obtain free-flowing particles. Thermoanalytical measurements show that in the capsule core the active ingredient is mainly present in microcrystalline form. Example B3 The procedure of Example B1 is repeated, except that 0.63 g of polyethylene glycol (molecular weight> 3000, degree of hydrolysis 95%) corresponding to 5% of the active ingredient is used. Example B4 The procedure of Example B1 is repeated, except that 0.63 g of polyethylene glycol (molecular weight> 1000, degree of hydrolysis 95%) is used, which corresponds to 5% of the active ingredient. Example B5 0.252 g of polyethylene glycol (molecular weight 20,000, degree of hydrolysis 95%) corresponding to 2% of the active ingredient, paraffin having a melting point exceeding 40 ° C. The procedure of Example B1 is repeated, except that 26 g is used.
