Head or neck support for seats in vehicle and office and household furniture
The present invention relates to a head or neck support that fits all types of seats.
Known head supports provide a comfortable mood to relieve tension.
Orthopedic surgery suggests that when a person is approached, the person's cervical spine has effective relaxation
preferable. Such head supports have not heretofore been realized in the prior art.
The head support is constructed according to the invention to accommodate modern orthopedic procedures
Must be done.
This has been achieved by the features indicated in the descriptive part of the claims.
According to the solution according to the invention, the neck support in the mounting area is basically two
, Or in the form of two cup-shaped hyperboloids. This
Una configuration
If the sitting person's body moves backwards,
If the force acting on the occiput acts on the back of the head and relative movement occurs, lift the head slightly
Will be. This relative movement depends on the form and arrangement of the struts, as described further below.
Achieved by
The upward force on the occiput softens the cervical spine and satisfies the task according to the invention.
You.
The upwardly directed force component results in spine relaxation that is clearly perceptible. this
Relaxation has been requested by orthopedic surgeons for quite some time, but has not been realized until now.
It was.
The present invention will be exemplarily described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic side view of a chair having a head support according to the invention.
FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of a front view of the upper part of the head support according to the invention.
FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the front view.
FIG. 4 shows an embodiment with a perspective depiction when viewed from the front.
FIG. 5 shows the embodiment according to FIG. 4 in a front view.
6 and 7 are cross sections of the embodiment according to FIG.
The head support shown in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 5 is basically a top support
Consists of cones 1, 2 facing each other, these cones being basic
It is typically made of foamed plastic. The cone is rounded as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to adopt a pear shape as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
However, in that case, since there is no protection function in the lower part, the latter embodiment
The outer part of is upward. The head is actually lifted when moving upward
Foam plastic on the head support so that it can be removed and the cervical spine is softened.
All the shapes shown here of the docking part are located under the occiput.
For the second condition of cervical spine relaxation, the head support facing upwards when leaning
In order to achieve the relative movement of, as shown in the principle example in FIG.
The axis of rotation of the seated person must be ahead of the axis of rotation of the head support
Absent. P in the figure is the rotation axis of the seated person inclined backward,
The rotation axis of the holding body is indicated by 11. In this situation, the motion circle 30 of the head support is clearly
Above the motion circle 31 of the head of a seated person, which favors relative motion
I do. Obviously, it can be higher than the axis of rotation of the head support
It is. The rotation axis of the head support shown here is the head support when elastically flexing backward.
The axis of rotation of the body. Similar fixable for distance compensation between head support and head
Rotation axis is provided. If you rotate from position I to position II, this distance correction
Can be achieved in an asymmetric form with respect to the horizontal axis of the support device 12 as in FIG.
You. At this time, the vertical portion of the rod 12 is formed by a foamed plastic portion due to friction at the surface 13
The position is fixed securely. In the event of a too strong impact,
If the minute is squeezed backwards, this foamed plastic part will
This upward movement is preferred, as previously indicated.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, a vertical holding rod 4 is provided, on which a cone is provided.
A crossbar is mounted in a T-shape to secure the stake. The foam plastic part
This method of determination is also possible in the embodiments according to FIGS. 3, 4 and 5. But the vehicle
The head support is fixed as shown in FIGS.
Preferably, the arrangement 12 is inverted U-shaped. Different tilt angles fixed and seated
For elastic deflection around the axis of rotation behind the person, both fixing devices are possible.
Noh.
The head support shown here has two additional advantages over the conventional normal head support.
have.
1. The outlook is excellent inside the vehicle.
2 Light weight.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 indicates an actual seat area.
The backrest, especially the backrest, is not shown in the figure.
Uses inserts according to the prior art to stabilize the shape of the foam plastic part
Can be done.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the axes for the two support parts are configured to be bent
ing. Also, both fixing devices of the present invention can be adjusted about a horizontal axis,
If required based on anatomical conditions, the pear-shaped support is
It is a preferable method to be able to adjust to the side. Departure
What is essential in the light is that when a car accident occurs,
Is converted into energy that pushes the spine of the person involved in the direction of travel.
And
