Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両参照モデル(12)を具備し、この車両参照モデルが演算された目標ヨ にアクティベーションロジック(11)を備え、前記偏差が所定の閾値を上回る ときに、アクティベーションロジックが所定の走行状況でヨーイングモーメント 制御を開始する、カーブ走行中に4輪自動車のヨーイングモーメントを制御する ための装置において、少なくとも、車両が後退走行中であるかどうかの情報を、 状況認識ユニット(13)がアクティベーションロジック(11)に与え、後退 走行時にアクティベーションロジック(11)がヨーイングモーメント制御を許 容しないことを特徴とする装置。 が反対の正負符号を有するときに、後退走行(状況[6])が常に認識され、 ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3.車両速度(vref)が車両停止状況と見なされるほど遅いかぎり、状況認識 ユニット(13)が後退走行であるとの仮定を維持することを特徴とする請求項 2記載の装置。 4.予め定めた最小閾値(δmin)を数値的に上回る操舵角度(δ)が測定され るときにのみ、状況認識ユニット(13)が測定された横方向加速度(aquer) に基づいて仮定することを特徴とする請求項1,2,3のいずれか一つに記載の 装置。
