【0001】[産業上の利用分野]この発明はプラント
設備配管等でパイプにフランジを直角に仮溶接すること
ができるフランジ直角つけ溶接器具に関するものである
【0002】[従来の技術]パイプにフランジを溶接す
る場合 特別なときを除きパイプに直角に溶接すること
が要求されている。そのためにフランジ用直角定規を使
い仮溶接し直角を確かめ矯正しながら作業をしている。
ところが直角を確かめ溶接するには何度も同じような動
作の繰り返しをしていて実に面倒で能率も悪い。
【0003】[発明が解決しようとする課題]本案はこ
のような欠点を除き パイプ内径を基準に着装すると当
て盤2がパイプに直角に位置しその盤に溶接フランジを
密着して一回の動作で全周に仮溶接を正確にでき器具の
着脱も簡単にできるものを発明したのである。
【0004】[課題を解決するための手段]今その構成
を説明すると
(イ) パイプの内 に入る適当な太さと長さで平面の
角を一辺とする平行角の巾が等しい角鋼1を当て盤2に
平面と巾両面の三面を直角に設ける
(ロ) 角鋼1の平面反対側中央部に突当金3を設け押
しネジ4を締めると突き出す構造とする。
【0005】[作用]次に本発明の作用を述べるとこれ
を使用するときは溶接するパイプにフランジを差し込み
パイプサイズにあった器具をパイプ内管に差し適当な位
置で押しネジ4を締める。角鋼1の巾平行角が内管に橋
を掛けた状態となり押しネジ4をしめると突当金3が内
管壁を突き平行角の二線と突当金3の3接点で位置止め
されるしたがって当て盤2は直角に位置止めされる。当
て盤2にフランジを密着して仮溶接が一回の動作で全周
にできる。
【0006】実施例
なお本発明の実施に当たり次のようななことができる
(イ) 突当金3をカムにすることもできる。
(ロ) 押しネジ4にかえテコで突当金3を押す構造と
することもできる。
(ハ) 角鋼1にかえ平鋼を用いることもできる。
(ニ) 丸鋼外径の三面を削り角鋼1にかえることもで
きる。

[Effect of the Invention] The attachment / detachment of the device of the present invention can be accomplished by simply loosening the push screw 3 by hand, and the flange can be worked all around at right angles to the pipe in a single step and the efficiency is good.
