2. Description of the Related Art In conventional vacuum cleaners, various devices have been devised for a suction port in order to improve dust suction performance and usability. For example, in Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 63-103853, a width is defined between a suction groove (opening provided on the floor surface, hereinafter referred to as a floor surface opening) and a front edge of the suction opening toward the rear. By providing a convex surface that widens, a passage for sand or the like is secured on the front side of the suction opening, and the cross-sectional area of the air passage between the bottom surface of the suction opening and the floor surface is reduced to prevent a reduction in suction force. ing. Also, in conventional vacuum cleaners, a relatively soft member called a bumper is provided from the front to the side of the suction opening to prevent or reduce damage to furniture and walls when the suction opening is hit against furniture and walls. But this is commonly done.

For example, in the vacuum cleaner described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 63-103853, the airflow velocity is increased in consideration of the cross-sectional area of the air passage under the suction port. Consideration has not been given to the flow of air in the state of contact with the like.

[0005] As described above, the suction port of a conventional vacuum cleaner is generally provided with a bumper from the front to the side. In this case, when the front surface of the suction port is in contact with a wall, furniture, or the like, the inflow of air from the front surface of the suction port cannot be expected, and the flow of air flowing slightly along the floor from the front side from the side is expected. I can only. However, also in this case, it is difficult to expect that air flows to the center of the front surface of the suction port with a sufficient flow velocity.

[0006] Further, some users of the vacuum cleaner may strongly attach the front surface of the suction opening to the wall or furniture when trying to absorb dust at a corner formed by a wall or furniture and a floor surface (hereinafter referred to as a wall). There is also a tendency for the consciousness to work. In such a case, the bumper made of the elastic body enhances the degree of adhesion to the wall, furniture, etc. in front of the suction opening, and further reduces the inflow of air from the front side.

In order to achieve the above object, a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention comprises an electric blower for generating a suction force, a casing for accommodating the electric blower, and the electric blower in the casing. An electric cleaner comprising: a dust collecting part on a suction side of the container; and a suction port connected to or through an opening of the casing connected to the dust collecting part via a conduit and having an opening facing a surface to be cleaned. In the machine, a concave portion is provided on the front surface of the suction port so as to form a gap penetrating downward from above in a state where the front surface of the suction port is in contact with a plane. At this time, it is preferable that the recess is provided at the center of the front surface of the suction port and at both sides of the buffer member provided at least on the front side of the suction port. Further, it is preferable that the area of the concave portion provided at the center of the front surface of the suction opening is smaller than the total area of the concave portions provided on both sides of the concave portion. In order to achieve the above object, the electric vacuum cleaner according to the present invention includes an electric blower that generates a suction force, a casing that houses the electric blower, and a dust collection unit on the suction side of the electric blower in the casing. A vacuum cleaner having a suction opening connected to the opening of the casing connected to the dust collecting portion or to the opening via a conduit, and having an opening opposed to the surface to be cleaned. A plurality of recesses are provided on the bottom surface of the suction port in front of the opening, and projections are provided in the recesses, and two or more heights of the projections are provided. At this time, the protrusions are preferably provided one by one substantially at the center of the concave portion, and the height of the protrusion may be different in the adjacent concave portion. In order to achieve the above object, the electric vacuum cleaner according to the present invention includes an electric blower that generates a suction force, a casing that houses the electric blower, and a dust collection unit on the suction side of the electric blower in the casing. A vacuum cleaner having an opening connected to or through the opening of the casing connected to the dust collecting portion via a conduit, and having an opening facing the surface to be cleaned and a suction port having a bumper on at least the front side. A concave portion is provided at the central portion of the front surface of the suction port of the bumper and on both sides thereof, and a flexible member having a plurality of cut portions that contacts the surface to be cleaned and is provided in front of the opening facing the surface to be cleaned on the bottom surface of the suction port. A recess extending from the front edge of the bottom surface of the suction member to the opening facing the surface to be cleaned, and the width of the recess in the direction along the front surface of the suction hole is provided on the bottom surface of the suction member at the back of the cut portion of the flexible member. Of flexible members Wider than the width of which included part,
A projection is provided at the center of the recess. The concave portion on the front surface of the suction port may be formed directly on the suction case, or may be formed on a member different from the suction case. At this time, when the concave portion on the front surface of the suction port is provided on a member different from the suction case, it is preferable to provide the recess on a cushioning material or an elastic member called a bumper, for example. Alternatively, a concave portion may be provided on the front surface of the suction case, and a member different from the suction case may be adhered to the concave portion using an adhesive or an adhesive tape, for example, so as to follow the concave portion. Further, instead of providing the concave portion, a convex portion may be provided, and it can be considered that providing the concave portion and providing the convex portion are the same. A concave part is provided on the front of the mouth so that a gap penetrates from above to below when the front of the mouth is in contact with a flat surface. As a result, an airflow that collides with the floor surface can be obtained, so that the suction performance of the front surface of the suction port can be improved. By providing a plurality of concave portions on the suction bottom surface in front of the opening facing the surface to be cleaned and providing protrusions in these concave portions, an action of hitting dust from the carpet can be obtained, and providing two or more types of protrusion heights Accordingly, dust having a relatively large particle diameter can be sucked from the concave portion having the lower protrusion, and the suction performance from the front surface of the suction port can be improved.

The second air flow is such that air flows in through openings provided in the case, and air inlets 401, 4 provided on the upper surface and the rear surface of the upper case 302, respectively.
02, the air taken into the suction port from the air inlet 02 passes through the rear air flow path 213, reaches the nozzle 202, is accelerated by the nozzle 202, is sprayed on the impeller 201, and applies a rotational force to the impeller. Flows into. Brush room 1
In 13, the rotation of the rotating brush 120 provided coaxially with the impeller 105 scrapes up the carpet hairs and peels off the dust adhering to the carpet. At this time, the flow of the first air and the flow of the second air are combined to form a flow of transporting the separated dust to the suction port 210. Also, the recesses 108 and 110
However, as described later, dust adhering to the carpet is separated, and flows into the brush chamber 113 together with the flow of air.

When used on a cleaning surface such as a wooden floor or a tatami mat where the suction opening is less sunk, the flexible members 106 and 111 made of an elastic material come into contact with the floor surface and the flexible member 10
6, 111, the inflow of air from between the floor surface and the bottom surface of the suction opening is hindered, and the inflow area of the air is reduced. As a result, the static pressure in the brush chamber 113 can be increased, and the air on the surface to be cleaned can be increased. Flow speed can be kept high. On the floor or tatami floor, the opening of the floor is not blocked by carpet hair, so the first air flow increases compared to carpet, but basically the air on the carpet Is formed.

The casing 211 rotates 90 degrees in the upward direction of the mouthpiece main body, and the joint 122 rotates 180 degrees in the left-right direction about the center axis 410 of the flow path of the casing 211 bent at a right angle. So that the posture of the suction body 505 is changed and the suction body 505 is changed.
Can be moved horizontally or vertically. You can also move it lightly along the front of the suction opening on the wall,
In addition, simply twisting the wrist causes the front of the mouth to be turned sideways, so that the mouth can be easily inserted into a space between furniture, and the like, so that the operation is simplified.

When the front surface of the mouthpiece main body 505 is in contact with the wall, the bumper 102 of the mouthpiece comes into contact with the wall, and if there are no concave portions 103 to 105 of the bumper 102, only air flow paths are formed on both sides of the mouthpiece. Since the flow path area is small, the amount of air flowing in is reduced. However, since the concave portions 103 to 105 are provided in the bumper 102, the air inflow area can be secured, the amount of air inflow from the front of the suction port can be increased, and the bumper 102 descends from the upper portion of the bumper 102 to the surface to be cleaned. This makes it possible to form a flowing stream, and to collide with the surface to be cleaned at high speed. Thereafter, this flow partially sinks below the lower case 101, and
A part of the flow flowing from 5 flows to the front center side of the suction port. The air flowing from the concave portions 104 and 105 and flowing toward the front center side of the suction port flows down from the concave portion 103 provided at the front center of the bumper 102 to the surface to be cleaned, and collides with the surface to be cleaned. Flows into the brush chamber 113 through the bottom surface side of the brush. Therefore, a high-speed air flow can be formed everywhere in front of the suction port, so that dust can be quickly collected and heavy dust such as pebbles can be removed. In addition, since a turbulent flow state due to the collision jet is formed in the vicinity of the surface to be cleaned, a fluid force that changes in various directions acts on the dust, and an effect of promoting the separation of the dust from the surface to be cleaned is obtained. In addition, since the bumper 102 is provided over the entire longitudinal direction of the front side of the suction opening, it is possible to prevent furniture and the like from being damaged when colliding with furniture or the like of the suction opening. Further, since it is only necessary to form a concave portion in the bumper 102, the cost does not increase. In this embodiment, the rotating brush 120 is connected to the coaxial impeller 2.
01, but may be driven by a separate shaft impeller, or the rotating brush 120 may be driven by a motor.

In this embodiment, the thickness of the concave portion 103 at the center (the amount of depression from the front surface of the bumper) is 2 m.
m, width 10 mm, tapered, recess area 40
Each of the left and right recesses 104 and 105 has a thickness of 2 mm, a width of 40 mm and is tapered, and the area of the recess is 100 square mm. The area of the air inlet formed on both sides of the suction port is 60 mm 2. As described above, in order to form a flow toward the center in front of the suction port, the area of the concave portion 103 at the center of the bumper
It is preferable that the area of the left and right concave portions 104 and 105 is large. Also, in order to secure the collision jet from the upper part of the bumper 102, the area of the sum of the concave area of the bumper 102 is smaller than the area of the left and right concave portions 112 on the bottom surface. The larger is preferable. Also, if the thickness of the recesses 103 to 105 is small, the speed of the flow is reduced when descending from the bumper 102, which is not preferable. In some cases, it is difficult to form a flow path through which the air passes.

When the suction port is in contact with the wall on the carpet, the downward jet from the recesses of the bumpers 103-105 acts on the floor surface, collides with the surface to be cleaned and is disturbed. Fluid force, which changes in various directions, acts on cotton and the like, which is entangled with the hair of carpets, so that the entanglement is loosened and easily separated, so that dust collection on the wall is promoted. Garbage on the wall is lower case 10
The toner is carried to the brush chamber 113 through the concave portions 108 and 110 provided on the bottom surface of the first member 1. As described above, since dust can be removed over the entire width of the suction opening, it is not necessary for the cleaner to change the position a number of times, and the cleaning time can be shortened. By applying a nylon-based material or the like to the surface of the bumper 102, it is possible to reduce the operation resistance when the wall and the front of the mouthpiece are brought into close contact and moved. The bumpers 102 are wheels 123, 12
Since it is provided so as to protrude more than 4, even if the suction opening moves along the wall, it is possible to prevent undesired force on the wheel and its axis.

The flow of air in front of the lower case 101 on the wooden floor is blocked by the flexible member 106. At the cutout 304, the air flows from the outside of the suction port to the brush chamber 113 through the cutout 304. Strong jets can be created.
At this time, the protrusion 109 of the concave portion 110 provided at the position where the cutout portion 304 of the flexible member 106 is provided is replaced with the protrusion of the concave portion 108 in which the protrusion 303 of the flexible member 106 prevents direct flow from the outside. It is made lower than 107. The height difference d between the two types of projections 107 and 109 is 1.5 mm in this embodiment. For this reason, an effect is obtained in which dust such as rice grains can pass through without being caught. Further, since the concave portions 107 and 109 are provided, the diffusion of the flow is suppressed and the high-speed state can be maintained, so that heavy dust such as pebbles does not fall on the brush chamber 11 without falling.
3 can be obtained. In addition, the flow of air is blocked by the flexible members 106 and 111, and a static pressure in the suction port can be secured. Further, since the flexible members 106 and 111 are made of an elastic body, the lower case 101 Since the bottom can be raised from the floor, it does not bite the sand and damage the wooden floor. That is, in the present embodiment, by providing two different types of recesses and projections having different heights on the front edge side of the bottom surface of the suction opening, a reduction in the static pressure of the brush chamber 113 is suppressed, and relatively large dust such as rice grains is formed. Can be favorably sucked.

The object of the present invention can be achieved even if there are three or more types of protrusions provided in the concave portions.
In addition, by eliminating the protrusion of the concave portion that is provided behind the cutout portion 304 of the flexible member 106 and can obtain a high air flow, the suction performance is reduced as compared with the case where a low protrusion is provided, but is relatively large. The suction performance can be improved by improving the suction of dust.

When the suction port is moved back and forth on the carpet to be used, large dust collects in the cutout portion 304 of the flexible member 106 in front of the suction port. Is lifted, so there is a gap between the bottom of the lower case 101 and the carpet.
Dust can flow into the brush chamber 113. When the mouthpiece is moved laterally on the carpet, for example, when cleaning a gap between a wall and a closet, the protrusion of the concave portion 110 not facing the flexible member 106 comes into contact with the carpet hair and taps. Therefore, the carpet hair vibrates and shakes the entangled cotton dust, hair, etc., and loosens it, and beats it with the projection 107 of the recess 108 facing the flexible member 106, and brushes it with high-speed airflow. The effect of being able to carry away to the room 113 is obtained. At this time, the four concave portions 108 and the high protrusions 110 mainly provide a tapping action, and the five concave portions 110 and the protrusions 109 serve to carry out the punching, but a large amount of dust can be removed by reciprocating the suction port once. Most of the trash can be removed after two round trips.

Further, since the bottom of the mouth and the projection are located at the same position or lower than the projection, even if a step is formed on the floor, it is difficult to damage the floor. In addition, in the case of the tatami mat, the front part of the tatami mat is pulled toward the mouth and tries to conform to the shape of the bottom surface of the mouth, but the concave portion 10 facing the flexible member 106.
Since it is pressed down by the projection 107 of FIG. 8, the area of the flow path through which the air passes is ensured, and a decrease in the dust collecting ability can be suppressed.

The projection on the bottom surface of the lower case 101 has a width of 2 mm, and the tip is rounded on both sides with a radius of 0.5 mm. If this roundness is large, the carpet hair will
By moving the roundness of the projections, the hairs come off the projections in a state in which the amount of deformation of the carpet hairs is reduced, the vibrations of the carpet hairs are reduced, and the dust collection resistance is reduced. On the other hand, if there is no roundness, the shaking of the carpet hair becomes large, and the dust collecting performance is improved, but the floor surface is easily damaged.
Accordingly, the radius of the roundness of the tip of the projection is 0.2 mm to 0.1 mm.
5 mm is preferred.

When cleaning the carpet by bringing the front of the suction port into close contact with a wall, the suction port can be operated by moving the suction port along the longitudinal direction of the suction port.
The flow of the descending air from the concave portions 103 to 105 collides with the carpet surface, and a flow toward the concave portion of the lower case and a flow toward the center of the suction port are formed. Fluid force acts to loosen the entanglement, and a part of heavy dust is carried to the center side, but is transported to the brush chamber side by the flow of air from the central recess.

Therefore, there is obtained an effect that almost no unabsorbed cotton dust and heavy dust are left on the carpet. Further, the concave portion 11 not facing the flexible member 106
As the 0 projection 106 comes into contact with the carpet hair and hits it,
The carpet hair vibrates and shakes and loosens the entangled cotton dust, hair, etc., and beats it with the projection 107 of the concave portion 108 facing the flexible member 106, and the brush 113 chamber with high-speed airflow. The effect of being able to carry away is obtained. At this time, four concave portions 108
The high protrusion 107 mainly provides a knock-out action, and the five concave portions 110 and the protrusion 109 serve to carry out the tapping together with the punching. Can be taken.
In this way, you can move the mouthpiece along the front of the mouth,
You can reduce the force applied to the wall. The power required for operation can be reduced. In addition, since it is easy to enter the gap between the furniture and the wall, the small gap can be easily cleaned. The effect is also obtained.
