In the direct water supply apparatus having the above-described structure, the comparator 5-1 includes the primary pressure value P detected by the pressure detecting means 3 and the set pressure value P1 set by the first pressure setting means 4-1. If the primary pressure value P detected by the pressure detecting means 3 is lower than the set pressure value P1, an alarm signal is transmitted to the control panel 2. When the control panel 2 receives this alarm signal, it issues an alarm with a buzzer, an external contact output, telemeter communication, or the like, and notifies the pump manager of the abnormality. When notified of this abnormality, the pump manager takes measures such as restricting the water supply by squeezing a discharge valve (not shown) in order to reduce the discharge pressure of the pump 1 so as to avoid stopping the pump 1.

[0015] In the direct water supply apparatus as described above, once the primary pressure value P of the pump 1 drops, the pump manager keeps alarming and cancels the alarm when the primary pressure of the pump 1 recovers. The operation was difficult.
In particular, when the water supply is cut off in the whole area and the primary pressure of the pump 1 drops, the alarm canceling operation must be performed on the pumps 1 of all the directly connected water supply devices in the area. As described above, when the primary side pressure value P becomes higher than the set pressure value P1, an alarm canceling signal is transmitted to the control panel 2 and the alarm is stopped, thereby releasing the troublesome alarm canceling operation. .

The comparator 5-2 comprises a primary pressure value P of the pump 1 detected by the pressure detecting means 3 and a second pressure setting means 4-2.
Then, if the primary pressure value P is lower than the set pressure value P2, a pump stop signal for stopping the pump 1 is transmitted to the control panel 2. When receiving the pump stop signal, the control panel 2 stops the motor M and stops the pump 1. The comparator 5-2 releases the pump stop when the primary pressure value P detected by the pressure detecting means 3 becomes higher than the set pressure value P2 set by the second pressure setting means 4-2. A release signal is transmitted to the control panel 2. When receiving the pump stop release signal, the control panel 2 restarts the motor M and restarts the pump 1. Here, the set pressure value P2 of the second pressure setting means 4-2 is lower by a predetermined amount than the set pressure value P1 of the first pressure setting means 4-1 (P

As described above, the pump manager once sets the pump 1
If the primary side pressure value P decreases, the alarm remains on and the operation of releasing the alarm is difficult, and at the same time, the operation of restarting and restarting the pump 1 is also difficult. In particular, there is a disadvantage that when the primary pressure of the pump 1 is reduced due to the water cutoff operation in the entire area, the troublesome work of restarting and restarting the pump must be performed for all the pumps 1 in the area. . As described above, when the primary side pressure value P becomes higher than the set pressure value P2, the comparator 5-2 transmits a pump stop release signal to the control panel 2, restarts the motor M, and restarts the pump 1. Thus, the trouble of the pump 1 stopping can be minimized at the same time as being free from such a troublesome work of the pump returning / restarting operation.
