A backside waist comprising: a liquid-permeable topsheet, a liquid-impermeable backsheet, and a first absorber disposed between the liquid-permeable topsheet and the liquid-impermeable backsheet. A left-right symmetrical diaper body in which a waist portion, a crotch portion having leg portions on both sides, and a ventral waist portion are sequentially formed in the longitudinal direction, and a liquid-permeable upper sheet and a liquid-permeable lower sheet.
