[Functions and Effects of the Characteristic Configuration]
According to the first characteristic configuration of the plastic bottle according to the invention described in the above, the container body is always protected even if the container body is formed of a flexible material, while the plastic bottle is easily expandable and contractable up and down. . Moreover, the volume can be greatly reduced in the most reduced state, and the flexible container body can be protected during transportation. That is, according to the example shown in FIG. 1, the cylindrical members 7 fitted inside and outside can move relative to each other up and down.
While the cylindrical body 6 composed of
Since the locking means 10 for restricting the cylindrical body 6 from being disengaged from the fitted state in the extended state is configured, the state in which the cylindrical members 7 are mutually locked by the locking means 10 is provided. In this case, since the cylindrical body 6 having a predetermined vertical height is formed, when the spout 4 is fixed to the uppermost cylindrical member 7 at the outer peripheral edge 4a, these members are connected to each other. If the locking state by the stopping means 10 is maintained, the plastic bottle becomes self-supporting. And since the container main body 1 is always surrounded by the said cylindrical body 6, the said container main body 1 has the side wall part 2 formed with the synthetic resin which is rich in flexibility,
There is no risk of foreign matter coming in from the side. In addition, unless an external force in the extension direction is applied, the lower end of each tubular member 7 is located at the lowest position, so that the volume can be sufficiently reduced. Further, in the illustrated example, the container body 1 is completely protected by the spout 4 on the upper side and by the tubular body 6 on the side and the lower side irrespective of the presence or absence of the stored material, and as shown in FIG. In addition, if the injection port 5 is sealed, even if the cylindrical members 7 are not completely engaged with each other, the presence of the contents in the container body 1 allows the plastic bottle to have a height corresponding to the presence of the contents. Can stand alone.

According to the second aspect of the plastic bottle according to the second aspect of the present invention, the plastic bottle is held at a height corresponding to the amount of the stored items while exhibiting the operational effects of the first aspect. Becomes possible. That is, according to the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the cylindrical members 7 fitted to each other are
The upper end of the outer wall surface 9 of the inner fitting side and the lower end of the inner wall surface 8 of the outer fitting side are engaged with each other. In this state, if the upper end of the uppermost tubular member 7 is fixed to the outer peripheral edge 4a of the spout 4, the internally fitted tubular member 7 comes off the outer fitted tubular member 7. According to the sixth aspect of the plastic bottle according to the invention of the sixth aspect, it is possible to hold the plastic bottle at a desired height while exhibiting the operational effects of the first aspect. In addition, it is possible to become more stable and independent. That is, according to the example shown in FIG. 6, a spiral groove 13 is formed on the inner wall surface 8 of each tubular member 7, and the spiral groove 13 is formed on the outer wall surface 9 of the tubular member 7 fitted therein. Since the convex portion 14 that fits into the groove portion 13 is formed,
The convex portion 14 is guided by the groove portion 13 so that the cylindrical members 7 fitted to each other move up and down while relatively helically moving. Therefore, if the pitch of the spiral is reduced, it can be stopped even at the intermediate position. In addition, since the cylindrical members 7 to be fitted to each other are formed in a straight cylindrical shape, the shaft is relatively unlikely to be deviated, and is unlikely to be tilted in a self-standing state.

As shown in FIG. 1, the plastic bottle according to the present invention has a bottom portion 3 of a bottle, a cylindrical side wall portion 2 connected to an outer peripheral portion of the bottom portion 3, and a smaller diameter than the side wall portion 2. A filling / discharging port 5 for discharging / discharging the contents which can be filled into a space C formed and surrounded by the bottom portion 3 and the side wall portion 2, and an outer peripheral portion thereof is connected to the side wall portion 2; It comprises a spout 4. The container body 1 has the side wall portion 2 and the body bottom portion 16 formed of a polyethylene film, which is a synthetic resin material having high flexibility, and the upper end edge thereof is air-tightly bonded to the inner surface of the spout 4. is there. Also,
A cylindrical body 6 that can protect the container body 1 surrounding the outer periphery of the side wall portion 2 is provided, and the cylindrical body 6 is constituted by a plurality of cylindrical members 7 that fit together so as to be able to expand and contract vertically. I have. Each of the tubular members 7 is made of a polyester resin, is formed on a tapered surface whose outer peripheral surface is reduced in diameter downward, and the inner diameter of the upper end is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the lower end. And
Each of the tubular members 7 fitted to each other is formed such that the inner diameter of the lower end of the tubular member 7 on the outer fitting side is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the upper end of the tubular member 7 fitted on the inner side. . Thus,
The inner cylindrical member 7 cannot escape downward from the outer cylindrical member 7 and is fitted between the fitted inner and outer cylindrical members 7 in a state where the cylindrical body 6 is extended. The locking means 10 for restricting the disengagement from the device is constituted.

Further, each cylindrical member 7 is formed in a substantially similar shape, and each dimension is set so that the similar ratio of the outer cylindrical member 7 to the inner cylindrical member 7 becomes substantially equal to each other. (However, all thicknesses are almost the same). The innermost cylindrical member 7 is formed with a bottom, and the outermost cylindrical member 7 has an upper end formed on the outer peripheral edge 4a of the spout 4 made of polyester resin. Screwed and fixed. With this configuration, the container body 1 is completely protected by the spout 4 on the upper side and by the tubular body 6 on the sides and below regardless of the presence or absence of the contents. 2A and 2B, the container main body 1 can be kept in place even if the tubular members 7 are not completely engaged with each other, as shown in FIGS. Restricts shrinkage, and the plastic bottle becomes self-supporting at a height corresponding to the shrinkage.

The plastic bottle is assembled, for example, as follows. First, the container body 1 is formed by bonding the upper end of a polyethylene bag having an open top to the inside of a polyester spout 4 in which a spout 5 is formed. The main body 1 of the container body 1 is also made of polyethylene, which is a synthetic resin material having high flexibility. On the other hand, cylindrical members 7 having different diameters, each having a large diameter formed on the upper side, are sequentially superposed and arranged. Here, a cup-shaped container having multiple tapered walls is formed (that is, the outer bottom portion 17 is provided on the cylindrical member 7 having the smallest diameter). The spout 4
A male screw is screwed into the outer peripheral edge 4a of the cylindrical member 7 and a female screw is screwed into the uppermost portion of the inner wall surface 8 of the cylindrical member 7 having the largest diameter. By doing so, they are integrally formed. In this state, the lower part of the container body 1 is accommodated in the cylindrical member 7 having the minimum diameter.

When the contents are to be poured into the plastic bottle, the cylindrical body 6 is fully extended. When the inner cylindrical member 7 and the outer cylindrical member 7 are locked with each other and a little extension force is applied, the taper of the inner wall surface 8 and the outer wall surface 9 is formed with a small gradient. The locked state can be maintained. Thus, the function of the engaging means 15 is given to the locking means 10.

If the height of the plastic bottle is to be reduced accordingly when the amount of contents is reduced,
What is necessary is just to release the engagement-like body by applying a force in the up-down contraction direction to some of the locking means 10 (also serving as the engagement means 15) (see FIG. 2). Furthermore, when the plastic bottle is to be used up and the plastic bottle is to be disposed of, it is possible to greatly reduce the volume as a whole by compressing the plastic bottle vertically and returning it to the state at the time of the assembly (see FIG. 1A). ). The operation of this pressing and shrinking is extremely simple, and it is sufficient to simply press the spout 4 toward the bottom 3. The engaging means 1
5, the inner wall 8 below the tubular member 7 is engaged with the upper edge of the tubular member 7 by being rotated around the axis relative to the tubular member 7 fitted therein. Possible engagement projections may be provided.

Since the plastic bottle is constructed as described above, the plastic bottle can be transported in a small volume before assembling, and even after assembling, if the container does not contain any stored material, the height is reduced to reduce the volume. In addition, the container body 1 is completely flexible and the outer side is completely protected by the tubular body 6, so that the container body 1 can be filled and transported as a container.
While giving the container body 1 the freedom to move in the radial direction,
It is protected by a tubular body 6 to prevent the damage.

[Another Embodiment] <1> The cylindrical member 7 may be formed so as to expand in diameter downward (corresponding to the third characteristic configuration). For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner wall surface 8 and the outer wall surface 9 of each cylindrical member 7 are both tapered surfaces that increase in diameter downward, and the outer surface of the lower end of the cylindrical member 7 that fits inside is formed. The diameter may be larger than the inner diameter of the upper end of the tubular member 7 that is fitted to the tubular member 7. In this way, if the container main body 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape, a space is created around the bottom 16 of the main body, so that the heat insulating property is good. In particular,
If the lowermost tubular member 7 is formed with a bottom provided with the outer bottom 17 as shown in the figure, a strong plastic bottle is obtained as a whole, and the so-called good seat that spreads downward is obtained. Note that the lowermost tubular member 7 and the tubular member 7 fitted therein may be elastically deformed and pushed in, but the outer bottom portion 17 may be attached after the fitting combination. .

<2> The tubular member 7 may be formed in a straight tubular shape, and the locking means 10 may be provided between the tubular members 7 fitted to each other. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of tubular members 7 may be sequentially fitted and arranged inside the outermost tubular member 7 attached to the outer peripheral edge 4 a of the spout 4. In the example, an outer locking portion 12 protruding inward is provided at the lower end of the inner wall surface 8 of the outer cylindrical member 7, and the outer locking portion 12 protrudes outward at the upper end of the outer wall 9 of the inner cylindrical member 7. An inner locking portion 11 is provided so that the locking portions 11 and 12 are mutually locked. In this case, as shown in the figure, a rigid main body bottom portion 16 (for example, made of vinyl chloride) is attached to the container main body 1 and is connected to the lower end inner peripheral portion 7a of the innermost cylindrical member 7 at the bottom outer peripheral portion 16a. The bottom locking means 10 which can be stopped may be provided so as to prevent the downward movement of the main body bottom 16. According to this structure, the side wall 2 of the container main body 1 is
Exposure to the outside can be prevented, and the outer bottom can be omitted. In addition, for example, as shown in FIG.
The inside and outside arrangement of the tubular member 7 may be reversed.
In the illustrated example, an outer locking portion 12 that protrudes inward is provided at a lower end portion of the inner wall surface 8 of the outer tubular member 7, and an outer locking portion 12 is provided at an upper end portion of the outer wall surface 9 of the inner tubular member 7. It is only necessary to provide an inner locking portion 11 that protrudes and locks the locking portions 11 and 12 with each other. As shown in the figure, if these locking portions 11 and 12 are formed of mutually threadable male screw threads and female screw threads, they can be screwed together as shown in FIG. Can be engaged with each other. In the illustrated example, the outermost cylindrical member 7
Is formed to have a bottom with an outer bottom portion 17 provided thereon. <3> As the locking means 10, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of cylindrical members 7 formed in a straight cylindrical shape are fitted inside and outside and overlapped with each other, and the cylindrical member 7 on the side to be fitted outside is fitted.
A spiral groove portion 13 is formed on the inner wall surface 8 from the upper end to the lower end thereof, and a convex portion 14 which can be fitted into the groove portion 13 is formed on the outer wall surface 9 of the tubular member 7 on the side to be fitted. Thus, the tubular members 7 to be fitted may be configured to rotate relatively to each other so that the tubular body 6 expands and contracts (see FIG. 7). In the example shown in the figure, an engaging groove 15a extending in the circumferential direction is formed at the uppermost end of a spiral groove 13 formed on the inner wall surface 8 of the cylindrical member 7 as the engaging means 15, and the inner fitting cylinder is provided. When the convex portion 14 reaches the uppermost end of the groove portion 13 in a state in which the cylindrical member 7 and the cylindrical member 7 fitted to the outside are mutually locked, the convex portion 14 is further rotated relative to the cylindrical member 7 so that the convex portion 14 Since it enters the mating groove 15a, it is possible to maintain that state as long as no turning force is applied. Also, as shown in FIG. 7, if a groove is formed upward from the engagement groove 15a, the disassembly of the tubular body 6 is further facilitated.
