合部近傍の支持枠には手動レバーでプランジャポンプを
駆動してラムを上昇し、戻り弁解放で下降する油圧ジャ
ッキをその下端部において回動可能となるように装着
し、該油圧ジャッキと前記マンホール蓋に装着自在に固
定した係止部材とを牽引部材で連結した構成からなるこ
とを特徴とするマンホール蓋の開閉装置。1.
